MC06 Series of Single & Multistage TE Modules


The MC06 Series is RMT general Series with more than 300 different thermoelectric coolers. Single- and multistage TECs are available with cold side dimensions in a range from 2.0x4.0mm to 12x24mm. MC06 Series TECs have a wide range of standard manufacturing options for TEC height, ceramics material surface and terminal contacts. Many single-stage thermoelectric type from MC06 Series are optimized for LD temperature stabilization in telecom industry.

All MC06 thermoelectric coolers are RoHS compliant and qualified by Telcordia GR-468 standard. RMT improved thermoelectric material provides high performance and low power consumption. The MC06 Series has been designed for cooling and thermostabilization of Laser and Optoelectronic Devices, X-Ray, IR- instruments and Microelectronic components.

Thermoelectric coolers from MC06 Series are based on RMT regular assembly technology with up to 18W/cm2 cooling power density. Thermoelectric coolers may have regular wires or WB terminal connection type. Al2O3 ceramics is used by default for most of MC06 Series TECs. RMT Ltd provide a wide range of manufacturing options for the most optimal integrating into final application. The table below contains all standard thermoelectric coolers from MC06 Series with performance values specified at +27ºC Vacuum and +50ºC Dry N2 conditions.
