RMT Ltd finished regular (one time per two years) complex Qualification Program 2010 of TECs of all existing series.
Its objective is to quantify the reliability of RMT’s thermoelectric coolers referred to the beginning of 2011, to prove the TEC reliability meeting the requirements of the standard Telcordia GR-468-CORE.
More than 550 TECs were exposed to the life tests during more than 300 000 device-hours of operation.
The test results indicate that TECs manufactured by RMT meet the requirements of Telcordia GP-468-CORE.
