A series of the most powerful micromodules with sizes ranging from 7×13.8mm to 18×18mm.

About the 1MD10 Series

The 1MD10 series consists of a range of standard single stage thermoelectric modules characterized by thermoelectric element sizes of 1.0×1.0 mm. The 1MD10 series can be used for any application where high cooling capacity up to 30 W/cm² is required.

All available options for Ferrotec-RMT thermoelectric modules;
Applications: telecommunications, photonics, thermal stabilization of high power laser diodes.
