About the 3MDC10 Series

The 3MDC10 series consists of a range of standard three-stage thermoelectric modules characterized by a thermoelectric element size of 1.0x1.0 mm. The three-stage modules are optimized for cooling down to temperatures of -30...-50°C.

ΔTmax up to 112 K (300K, vacuum);
Applications: photonics, analytical equipment.
