The 3MC10 series consists of a range of standard three-stage thermoelectric modules characterized by 1.0x1.0 mm thermoelectric element size and maximum cooling capacity. The three-stage modules are optimized for cooling down to temperatures of -30...-50°C.

ΔTmax up to 125 K (300K, vacuum);
Applications: photonics, analytical equipment.
