The 3MC04 series consists of a range of standard three-stage thermoelectric modules characterized by thermoelectric element dimensions of 0.4x0.4 mm. The three-stage modules are optimized for cooling down to temperatures of -30...-50°C.

ΔTmax up to 119 K (300K, vacuum);
Applications: photonics, analytical equipment.
