1ML07 Series

A series of micromodules for Butterfly type packages from 6.0x6.0 mm to 7.0x15.0 mm with increased cooling capacity.

About the 1ML07 Series

The 1ML07 series consists of a range of standard single stage thermoelectric modules characterized by thermoelectric element dimensions of 0.7x0.7 mm. The 1ML07 series is designed specifically for laser diodes and photon-integrated circuits utilizing standard Butterfly type packages.

All available options for Ferrotec-RMT thermoelectric modules;
Applications: telecommunications, photonics.
