1ML06 Series

A series of micromodules for Butterfly type packages with sizes ranging from 6.0x6.0 mm to 7.0x15.0 mm.

About the 1ML06 Series

The 1ML06 series consists of a range of standard single stage thermoelectric modules characterized by thermoelectric element dimensions of 0.6x0.6 mm. The 1ML06 series is designed specifically for laser diodes and photon-integrated circuits utilizing standard Butterfly type packages.

All available options for Ferrotec-RMT thermoelectric modules;
Applications: telecommunications, photonics.
