1MDD03 Series

A series of miniature thermoelectric modules for telecommunications with increased cooling capacity.

About the 1MDD03 Series

The 1MDD03 series consists of a range of standard single stage thermoelectric modules characterized by thermoelectric element dimensions of 0.3x0.3 mm with high element density. The 1MDD03 series is recommended for telecommunication applications where low operating current and low power consumption are required, but the thermal load is higher. The 1MDD03 series modules are designed for TOSA in TO60 type packages, TO46, BOX-TOSA and other miniature packages.

The minimum module size is 1.6x1.6 mm;
Minimum module thickness 0.7 mm;
All available options for Ferrotec-RMT thermoelectric modules;
Applications: telecommunications, photonics.
