1MDD025 Series

The 1MDD025 series consists of a range of standard single stage thermoelectric modules characterized by 0.25x0.25mm thermoelectric element size with high element density. The 1MDD025 series is recommended for telecommunication applications where low operating current and low power consumption are required, but the thermal load is higher. The 1MDD025 series modules are designed for TOSA in TO60, TO46 and other miniature packages.

• The minimum module size is 1.6x1.6 mm;

• Minimum module thickness 0.7 mm;
