About the 1MD10 Series

The 1MD10 series consists of a range of standard single stage thermoelectric modules characterized by thermoelectric element sizes of 1.0x1.0 mm. The 1MD10 series can be used for any application where high cooling capacity up to 30 W/cm² is required.

All available options for Ferrotec-RMT thermoelectric modules;
Applications: telecommunications, photonics, thermal stabilization of high power laser diodes.
