Series of miniature thermoelectric modules for telecommunication applications

About the 1MD02 Series

The 1MD02 series consists of a range of standard single stage thermoelectric modules characterized by thermoelectric element dimensions of 0.2x0.2 mm and minimum element spacing. This allowed to achieve a placement density of 1100 elements per 1 cm². The 1MD02 series is recommended for telecommunication applications where low operating current and low power consumption are required.

The minimum module size is 1x1.6 mm;
Minimum module thickness 0.6 mm;
All available options for Ferrotec-RMT thermoelectric modules;
Applications: telecommunications, photonics, heat flux sensors.
