About the 1MD015 series

The 1MD015 series consists of a range of standard thermoelectric modules characterized by a combination of minimum available TE elements cross-section and minimum TE elements spacing. This allowed us to achieve a placement density of 1600 TE elements per 1 cm². The result is unique thermoelectric modules with low current and low power consumption. The 1MD015 series is recommended for telecommunication applications.

The minimum module size is 1x1mm;
Minimum module thickness 0.5 mm;
All available options for Ferrotec-RMT thermoelectric modules;
Applications: telecommunications, photonics.
