       RMT Ltd. has successfully updated the RoHS compliance of its products according to Directive 2011/65/EU and Directive 2015/863/EU.

     Tests were carried out on the following RMT TEC components:

   - AlN and Al2O3 ceramic plates;

   - N- and P-type thermoelectric pellets;

   - wire bonding posts;

   - insulated and non-insulated wires;

   - solder pastes and solder preforms;

   - parylene coating;

   - epoxy based adhesive.

   Based on the test results, SGS Hong Kong laboratory test report was provided (see below).
