   RMT Ltd has successfully finished complex Qualification Program 2018 of TECs.

   RMT carries out a complex Qualification program every two years. Its objective is to quantify the reliability of RMT’s thermoelectric coolers, to prove the TEC reliability meeting the requirements of the Telcordia GR-468-CORE standard and RMT internal specifications TU 8420-001-34609988-16.

   More than 1000 TECs of 9 types were exposed to the mechanical (vibration, mechanical shock, die shear strength, lead integrity), environmental (temperature cycling, high temperature storage, insulation resistance) and electrical (power cycling, thermo-physical parameters checking) tests. RMT R&D center in Moscow and manufacturing facilities have all necessary instruments and equipment for complete reliability analysis by Telcordia GR-468 standard and related MIL-STD-883.

   The test results indicate that TECs manufactured by RMT meet the requirements both of Telcordia GR-468-CORE and TU 8420-001-34609988-16.
