RMT finalized it’s regular Telcordia GR-468 reliability testing and released Reliability Report 2014. The results of complex reliability testing confirm that all RMT thermoelectric coolers fully meet Telcordia GR-468 standard requirements.

According to the corporate Quality Police, the company RMT Ltd carries out a complex Telcordia GR-468 qualification program every two years. The regular qualification takes more than half a year and includes all RMT thermoelectric cooler series. The objective is to confirm that RMT thermoelectric coolers fully meet Telcordia GR-468 reliability standard requirements.

The latest qualification program was performed during the year of 2014 and completed at the end of it. The previous one was done in 2012. The complete report “Thermoelectric Coolers Reliability Report 2014” is available on request in English and Russian.

More than 1500 thermoelectric coolers (TECs) separated into more than 100 batches were exposed to the 2014 Complex Qualification Program. These TECs underwent the standard set of tests recommended to TEC qualification by Telcordia GR468 Core and even more severe, according to the MIL-STD-883F methods, national standards and corporate requirements.

The general conclusions: all the tested TEC types withstood the qualification testing completely. All thermoelectric products of the company RMT Ltd are qualified by Telcordia GR-468 Standard and satisfy the requirements of international standards. RMT Thermoelectric Coolers Reliability Report 2014 is available by request (the report is a subject of NDA).

RMT R&D center in Moscow and manufacturing facilities have all necessary instruments and equipment for complete reliability analysis by Telcordia GR-468 standard and related MIL-STD-883.
